Receive hands-on demonstrations to learn easy exercises that will help you to have a more comfortable and easier pregnancy and labor and give you the tools you need to navigate naturally progressing through labor! These amazing techniques have helped many couples to avoid a C-section and keep labor progressing when labor was starting to stall! Read more about the program at www.spinningbabies.com. These 2.5 hour classes are only taught by authorized certified Spinning Babies® Parent Educators like Amaris Garcia! All attendees will receive a FREE New Mother Care Bag, donated by Catholic Charities.
Pre-registration is required. Cost of the class is $100. Pre-payment is required. Payments can be mailed to PO Box 441, Orange City, IA 51041 with the memo “Spinning Babies.”
This class is taught by Amaris Garcia, CBE, CBC, CLD, SBD, SpBCPE. Class will be held at the HOME Building in Sioux Center, located at 101 19th St SW (behind the Culver’s). A minimum of three registrants is required, so invite your friends!
