Free Pregnancy Tests
Guiding Star Siouxland offers FREE in-house pregnancy testing. Self-administered tests are available during any of our open hours with no appointment necessary, and a Nurse Manager is available on Mondays from 9am-7pm for scheduled pregnancy testing appointments.
Free Limited Ultrasounds
Guiding Star Siouxland offers FREE limited obstetric ultrasounds for the purposes of confirming an intrauterine pregnancy, dating gestational age, and confirming fetal heartbeat. We offer ultrasounds to women who are between 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant until the beginning of the second trimester. Please note, if you have concerns about your pregnancy, contact your primary care provider to schedule an ultrasound

If you are pregnant and want to learn more about all of your options regarding abortion, adoption, or parenting, our skilled Options Counselors are here to help. Please note that Guiding Star Siouxland does not endorse any particular adoption agency, nor do we refer for or provide abortion services. We are here to talk you through all of your options and help you make the most informed healthcare decision for yourself and your family.
