Do you want to know how you can give your baby space in your body to get in the most optimal position for a quicker, less painful birth? Does your partner feel uncertain how to support you? This class is for you! Get ready for a fun, interactive time that will give you the tools and confidence you need to have an awesome labor experience and take the fear out of birthing! Exercise balls, rebozos, positions, stretches, movements, massage, relaxation, the five senses, and emotions are covered in this 2 hour class! All attendees will receive a FREE New Mother Care Bag, donated by Catholic Charities.
Pre-registration is required. Cost of the class is $75. Pre-payment is required. Payments can be mailed to PO Box 441, Orange City, IA 51041 with the memo “Comfort Techniques.”
This class is taught by Amaris Garcia, CBE, CBC, CLD, SBD, SpBCPE. Class will be held at the HOME Building in Sioux Center, located at 101 19th St SW (behind the Culver’s). A minimum of 3 registrants is required, so invite your friends!
