Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement marketing and sales strategy, and distribute advertisements for print, audio/visual, and merchandise. Coordinate social media accounts and communicate regularly with clients and donors through email and printed newsletters. Create and distribute advertisement materials, including print, audio/visual, merchandise, and others. (60%)
  2. Communicate with local news and advertisement services, handle email and social media inquiries, and maintain website and CRM. (20%)
  3. Oversee any necessary volunteers, staff, or interns, marketing agency, and attend organizational meetings.  (20%)

Qualifications:

  1. Belief in and passion for a natural, holistic, and life-affirming care for women and families.
  2. Full alignment with GSS Philosophy Statement.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  4. Marketing or sales experience is required.

Job Schedule:  Part time – 20-25 hours per week. Remote options are available.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,  in person and on the phone. Customer service background is a plus but not required. Comfortable with Google organizational tools and social media platforms. Able to learn our electronic documentation system (Ekyros). 
  2. A creative, compassionate, person with a passion for Natural, Holistic, Life-Affirming Health Care for Women and families.

  4. Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred.

 

Reports To:  Operations & Outreach Coordinator

Supervises:  Volunteers

Time Commitment:  

  1. Full time – 30-40 hours per week. 
  2.  Part time – 20-29 hours per week.

(Hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:45am-3:15pm. Potential for Mondays and Thursdays until 7pm if desired.)

Benefits: PTO benefits after 90 day probationary period.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership/Management/Accountability (LMA)
  2. Patient Care

  4. The Attic Donation Center Coordination

 

Duties:

  1. LMA – 10%
    1. Manage, schedule, supervise, and evaluate Volunteers for The Attic and Child Watch.
    2. Volunteer appreciation
      1. Christmas, birthday, and anniversary gifts.
      2. Yearly Volunteer Appreciation event (October).
  2. Patient Care- 50%
    1. Provide clients with necessary resources and referrals both in house and with Service Partners.
    2. Register clients for community classes and support groups.
    3. Schedule and document initial contacts with clients.
    4. Register all clients for a followup appointment at the conclusion of their visit.
    5. Provide continuing communication with clients to ensure follow up procedures are followed.
    6. Ensure client satisfaction and service.
  3. Office Management- 20%
    1. Maintain the front desk, phone and email communications.
    2. Inventory of marketing materials
    3. Inventory and ordering of office supplies.
    4. Assistance with bulk mailings.
    5. Cleaning duties if volunteers are unable to perform. This includes weekly vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, wiping furniture, kitchen cleaning, and sanitizing in the child watch space.
  4. The Attic Donation Center Coordination- 10%
    1. Account for intake of donated items, ensure accurate price points, and oversee payment/distribution of materials.
    2. Provide ongoing organization of incoming donations and storage. 
    3. Keep accurate records of donations and needs.
  5. Assisting and acting at the direction of the Director in furtherance of the GSS objectives, missions, and policies. -10%
    1. Maintain frequent communication with, and work at the direction of, the Operations & Outreach Coordinator.  Responsibilities include communicating with the Director regularly about issues pertaining to GSS clients, client statistics, its provision of services, areas of possible improvements, and action plans to improve the operations of the center. 
    2. Facilitate Child Watch for appointments if no volunteers are available. 
    3. Attendance at Organizational Meetings
      1. L10 meetings every Monday at 12:30pm (or the Tuesday following a Monday holiday at the same time)
      2. Quarterly organizational meetings the last Monday of each quarter (September, December, March) at 6pm.
      3. Yearly Board & Staff retreat (the last Friday & Saturday in June each year)
