Guiding Star Siouxland was founded in 2016 as an affiliate of the national Guiding Star Project. We have returned “home” to Orange City in 2024 and now we need YOUR help as we grow into our own space and begin offering expanded life-affirming medical services that are so crucial in our community.

Our center is founded on the principle that all women deserve support and education through all stages of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, menopause, and beyond. We believe that by offering these necessary services, we can work towards building a culture of life in our community. We strive for a future where no woman fears pregnancy.
