“Loved this class! It was very interesting and helpful!” Mackenzie

“This class helped me feel less anxious about labor and pain. I have more faith I can do this.” Melissa

When asked why she partners with Guiding Star Orange City, Amaris answered, “I chose to partner with Guiding Star Orange City because I believe God made
a woman’s body with the ability to both birth and feed her baby naturally and am passionate about providing holistic care options to women and their
families through the very special time of pregnancy and birth, as well as protecting and supporting a culture of life!”

  1. Thank you for introducing Amaris Garcia in this article. Being partnered with a professional is a great help. It is hard to determine the specific method she is teaching since the site where she was linked is down as of 02-29-2020. Could you include what birthing method Ms. Garcia recommends? Does she have birthing classes or courses just for men? When men are present during childbirth, there is a positive effect on mothers.
